About WorldSift

WorldSift (worldsift.com) is a search and listings service operated by Gal Hatzor (“WorldSift”, “we”). It helps people find items for sale, for free, for trade or wanted, and estimates the total cost of getting an item delivered.

By using WorldSift you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

WorldSift is not the seller

Listings are published by independent sellers and partner retailers. WorldSift does not own, sell, inspect, ship or guarantee any item. Any purchase, trade or handover is an agreement between you and the seller or retailer, under their terms and applicable consumer law.

We don’t verify every listing, seller or retailer. Use your judgment, check details with the seller, and meet in safe public places for in-person collection or trades.

Prices and cost estimates

Totals shown on WorldSift may include estimates for shipping, VAT, customs duty and currency conversion. Estimates are labelled as such and are based on published rules and exchange rates that can change. They are not a customs ruling or a quote. Always confirm the final price with the seller or retailer before paying.

When a cost can’t be worked out, WorldSift says so rather than showing it as zero.

Partner links

Some listings come from partner retailers through affiliate programs. If you buy through those links, WorldSift may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See the Affiliate Disclosure page for details.

Accounts

You sign in with an email link. Keep access to your email secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use an account and at least 18 to list items for sale.

Provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud, or put others at risk.

Rules for sellers

If you list items, you confirm that: you’re allowed to sell or give them; your listings are accurate, including condition, price, stock and shipping; you have the right to use the images and text you upload; and you comply with the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, tax and product safety rules.

You give WorldSift a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display and adapt your listing content (for example resizing images or translating labels) to operate the service. You can remove your listings at any time.

Listing on WorldSift is currently free. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance, and they will apply only to activity after the change.

Prohibited items

You may not list weapons or ammunition, explosives or fireworks, illegal drugs, prescription or regulated medicines, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, counterfeit or stolen goods, protected wildlife products, hidden surveillance or hacking tools, fraud tools or fake documents, adult content, recalled or unsafe products, or anything illegal in Israel, the EU, or where the item is located or delivered.

WorldSift screens listings automatically. Items that clearly match the prohibited list are blocked; unclear items are held for review by an administrator. We may remove any listing, restrict features or suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the service safe. Sellers can request a review of a held or blocked item.

Your content and reports

Don’t upload content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights. If you believe a listing is unlawful or infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it.

Availability

We work to keep WorldSift running and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. Listings, prices and availability can change or be wrong, and the service may be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, WorldSift is not liable for items, payments, deliveries, or disputes between you and sellers or retailers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Sellers are responsible for their listings and agree to cover losses WorldSift suffers because of claims arising from their listings or breach of these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and for significant changes we will give notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory protections you have as a consumer where you live.

אודות WorldSift

WorldSift ‏(worldsift.com) הוא שירות חיפוש ומודעות המופעל על ידי גל חצור (“WorldSift”, “אנחנו”). השירות עוזר למצוא פריטים למכירה, בחינם, להחלפה או מבוקשים, ומעריך את העלות הכוללת של הפריט עד הבית.

השימוש ב-WorldSift מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים, אנא אל תשתמשו בשירות.

WorldSift אינו המוכר

המודעות מתפרסמות על ידי מוכרים עצמאיים וקמעונאים שותפים. WorldSift אינו הבעלים של הפריטים, אינו מוכר, בודק, שולח או מתחייב לגביהם. כל רכישה, החלפה או מסירה היא הסכם בינכם לבין המוכר או הקמעונאי, בהתאם לתנאיהם ולדיני הגנת הצרכן החלים.

איננו מאמתים כל מודעה, מוכר או קמעונאי. הפעילו שיקול דעת, בדקו את הפרטים מול המוכר, ובאיסוף עצמי או בהחלפה היפגשו במקום ציבורי ובטוח.

מחירים והערכות עלות

הסכומים המוצגים ב-WorldSift עשויים לכלול הערכות של משלוח, מע״מ, מכס והמרת מטבע. הערכות מסומנות ככאלה ומבוססות על כללים ושערי חליפין מפורסמים שעשויים להשתנות. אין הן החלטת מכס או הצעת מחיר. ודאו תמיד את המחיר הסופי מול המוכר או הקמעונאי לפני התשלום.

כשאי אפשר לחשב עלות מסוימת, WorldSift מציין זאת ואינו מציג אותה כאפס.

קישורי שותפים

חלק מהמודעות מגיעות מקמעונאים שותפים דרך תוכניות שותפים. אם תרכשו דרך קישורים אלה, WorldSift עשוי לקבל עמלה, ללא עלות נוספת עבורכם. פרטים בדף גילוי נאות על קישורי שותפים.

חשבונות

הכניסה נעשית באמצעות קישור הנשלח לאימייל. שמרו על אבטחת תיבת הדואר שלכם; אתם אחראים לפעילות בחשבונכם. השימוש בחשבון מותר מגיל 16, ופרסום פריטים למכירה מגיל 18.

מסרו מידע נכון. אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבונות המפרים תנאים אלה, משמשים להונאה או מסכנים אחרים.

כללים למוכרים

בפרסום פריטים אתם מאשרים כי: מותר לכם למכור או למסור אותם; המודעות מדויקות, כולל מצב, מחיר, מלאי ומשלוח; יש לכם זכות להשתמש בתמונות ובטקסט שאתם מעלים; ואתם פועלים לפי הדינים החלים עליכם, לרבות הגנת הצרכן, מיסים ובטיחות מוצרים.

אתם מעניקים ל-WorldSift רשות לא בלעדית, עולמית וללא תמלוגים לאחסן, להציג ולהתאים את תוכן המודעות (למשל שינוי גודל תמונות או תרגום תוויות) לצורך הפעלת השירות. תוכלו להסיר מודעות בכל עת.

הפרסום ב-WorldSift אינו כרוך כיום בתשלום. אם נציג עמלות, נודיע מראש, והן יחולו רק על פעילות שלאחר השינוי.

פריטים אסורים

אסור לפרסם נשק או תחמושת, חומרי נפץ או זיקוקים, סמים לא חוקיים, תרופות מרשם או תרופות מפוקחות, אלכוהול, טבק או מוצרי עישון אלקטרוניים, מוצרים מזויפים או גנובים, מוצרים מחיות בר מוגנות, ציוד מעקב נסתר או כלי פריצה, כלי הונאה או מסמכים מזויפים, תוכן למבוגרים, מוצרים שהוחזרו מהשוק או אינם בטוחים, וכל דבר שאינו חוקי בישראל, באיחוד האירופי או במקום שבו הפריט נמצא או נשלח אליו.

WorldSift סורק מודעות אוטומטית. פריטים התואמים בבירור לרשימת האיסורים נחסמים; פריטים לא ברורים מועברים לבדיקת מנהל. אנו רשאים להסיר כל מודעה, להגביל אפשרויות או להשעות חשבונות לפי שיקול דעתנו, כדי לשמור על בטיחות השירות. מוכרים יכולים לבקש בדיקה חוזרת של פריט שנחסם או הועבר לבדיקה.

תוכן ודיווחים

אין להעלות תוכן בלתי חוקי, מטעה, פוגעני או המפר זכויות של אחרים. אם לדעתכם מודעה אינה חוקית או מפרה את זכויותיכם, פנו אלינו בכתובת [email protected] ונבדוק זאת.

זמינות השירות

אנו פועלים כדי שהשירות יפעל כראוי ויהיה מדויק, אך הוא ניתן “כמות שהוא” (AS IS). מודעות, מחירים וזמינות עשויים להשתנות או להיות שגויים, והשירות עשוי להשתבש. אנו רשאים לשנות או להפסיק אפשרויות בשירות.

אחריות

במידה המותרת בחוק, WorldSift אינו אחראי לפריטים, לתשלומים, למשלוחים או למחלוקות בינכם לבין מוכרים או קמעונאים, או לנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים. אין בתנאים אלה כדי לגרוע מזכויות שיש לכם לפי דיני הגנת הצרכן הקוגנטיים, או מאחריות שאי אפשר להגביל על פי דין.

מוכרים אחראים למודעותיהם ומתחייבים לשפות את WorldSift בגין נזקים שייגרמו לו עקב תביעות הנובעות ממודעותיהם או מהפרת תנאים אלה.

שינויים ודין חל

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה. הגרסה החדשה תפורסם כאן עם תאריך, ועל שינויים מהותיים נודיע באתר. המשך השימוש לאחר שינוי מהווה הסכמה לו.

על תנאים אלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט נתונה לבתי המשפט בתל אביב–יפו, מבלי לגרוע מהגנות קוגנטיות העומדות לכם כצרכנים במקום מגוריכם.
